- Please direct all ARB inquiries & submissions to horlbeckcreekpoa@gmail.com. Plans, specifications and/or photographs must accompany an inquiry or submission. The thirty (30) day ARB review process begins when all necessary plans and specifications are received.
- In the event approval or disapproval is not given within thirty (30) days after said plans and specifications have been properly submitted, approval will not be required and compliance with the CCRs will be deemed to have been completed.
